Born and raised in Townsville Kirsten commenced work with NQIB in April 2009. Kirsten currently provides assistance to all of our customers in relation to the lodging and follow-up of insurance claims. Kirsten also manages the payments and initial customer enquiries. Kirsten is currently completing her Cert III Fin Serv (Insurance Broking) qualifications.
